NDIS Secondary Dwelling

This new NDIS dwelling was purpose built from the ground up to provide a safe, accessible and comfortable home for the participant. We designed and constructed the entire build around clear movement paths, step-free access and spaces that support independent living.

The home includes wider hallways and doorways, an accessible bathroom and kitchen, reinforced walls for future grab rails, non slip flooring and smart home features to make everyday tasks easier. The layout was planned with the participant’s OT to ensure the home meets NDIS requirements and supports long-term mobility needs.

Every part of the build was completed with durable materials and careful detailing so the home is not just compliant, but practical, comfortable and welcoming. It’s a great example of how Luna Constructions delivers high quality NDIS dwellings tailored to the people who live in them.
