Cootharaba project

Located in the peaceful hinterland of Cootharaba, this build was designed to capture the natural surroundings and create a home that flows easily between indoor and outdoor living. The aim was to connect the residence to its bushland context while offering a thoughtful, modern layout for everyday family use.

The build involved adapting to the site’s terrain, integrating large sliding doors, elevated living areas and generous decks that open to the views and light. Materials were chosen for durability and ease of maintenance in a natural environment, and the design emphasised clean lines, generous spaces and relaxed elegance.

The result is a calm, refined home that offers a strong connection to nature, a flexible plan for family living and the high-end finish that defines Luna Constructions.
